Registration and personal account

Having an account on the Carrousel Express website acts as a shortcut. Your profile and contact information will only be saved securely once. Your next transactions will be done quickly without you having to go through the entire registration process again. Your preferences, address book and order status will also be saved in the "Your Account" section.

Please note that you can delete your account at any time by writing to express@carrousel.ca

If you do not have an account, you will have to fill out the order form at each transaction, redo all your preferences at each visit and you will not be able to see your purchase history.

Under no circumstances are you required to create an account to purchase online.

To create a Carrousel Express account online, please follow these steps:

1. Click on "Login / Signup - My Account" at the top of the page.

2. In the "Login" window, click on "Create Your Account", enter the necessary information and then click on CREATE MY ACCOUNT to complete the creation of your account. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes.

If you already have an account and want to change your information, please follow these steps:

1. Click on "Login / Signup - My Account" at the top of any page on Express.Carrousel.ca;

2. In the "Login" window, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and then click on LOGIN;

3. In the "My Addresses" tab, add the addresses you will be using and click ADD ADDRESS to save your update.

If you have forgotten your password, we can reset it and email you a new one. Please follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Click on "Login / Signup - My Account" at the top of any page on Express.Carrousel.ca;

2. In the "Login" window, click on "RECOVER PASSWORD";

3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click on RECOVER;

4. You will receive an email message with a link to reset your password;

5. Click on the PASSWORD RESET link and immediately choose a new password that is easy to remember.

Orders and billing

To place an order online, please follow these steps:

1. Use the various tools available to navigate the website to find the products you are looking for;

2. Select the quantity of the product you wish to purchase;

3. Click on ADD TO CART to add the item to your shopping cart;

4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to purchase additional merchandise;

5. Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase, drag the cursor over the shopping cart image at the top of the page and click CART. This will take you to your shopping cart;

6. On the Shopping Cart page, check that the products you wish to purchase are in the correct quantity and at the correct price;

7. Once you are sure the information in your shopping cart is correct, click CHECKOUT;

8. If you are not already logged in as a client, you will be asked to enter a valid email address;

9. Choose a delivery method: delivery ("Ship") or in-store pick-up ("Pick up");

10a. If you have selected the "Ship" mode, enter the address to which you would like your order to be sent. If you are logged in to your Carrousel Express account, you can select a previously saved address from the drop-down list, if there is one associated with your account. Then click on CONTINUE TO SHIPPING. Verify that your contact information is correct. You will then see the amount and shipping method of your delivery. Finally, click on CONTINUE TO PAYMENT;

10b. If you have selected the "Pick up" mode, the pick-up location will be pre-selected at Carrousel – Produits sanitaires, Boisbriand, the only possible pick-up location. Then click on CONTINUE TO PAYMENT;

11. In the Payment tab, enter all the required information in the appropriate fields to proceed with the payment of the order;

12. Note that, by default, the option to use the same address for invoicing is already checked. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, please uncheck this box;

13. Verify that the information entered is correct and click PAY NOW to complete the purchase process.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive emails telling you its status. The first email you receive will confirm that we have received your order. Then, a second email will confirm when your order is ready for delivery or ready for pickup at the store, depending on the option you chose.

Yes, your billing address may be different from your shipping address. However, the billing address must match the address associated with the credit card you will be using to complete your purchases.

Please note that, by default, the option to use the same address for billing is already checked. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, please uncheck this box.

Currently, we accept the following methods of payment:

To modify or cancel an order, it is important to contact us before receiving your shipping confirmation by email. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you will have to return the merchandise as soon as you receive the order by contacting customer service at express@carrousel.ca. A return fee will apply, according to our return and refund policy.

Shipping

Orders under $99 are shipped from our Boisbriand warehouse (1821 Lionel Bertrand Boulevard) using Purolator's standard parcel service, at the customer's expense.

For the launch period of Carrousel Express, shipping for orders of $99 and more is FREE.

Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of the order. However, Les Emballages Carrousel reserves the right to use the delivery method most adapted to the selected products and to the geographical location of the customer. Delivery times will vary according to the delivery method chosen, but will be similar to Canada Post delivery times.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to the current situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.

No, for the moment, it is impossible to make multiple deliveries to different addresses in the same order.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a direct link to the Purolator website, allowing you to track the progress of your package.

Yes, orders can be picked up at our Carrousel – Produits sanitaires store (1821 Lionel Bertrand Boulevard, Boisbriand, QC J7H 1N8). Simply select the "Pick up" option at the time of payment. An ID card may be required upon delivery of the package.

A message confirming that your order is ready for pick-up will be sent to you within 72 hours of sending your order.

If the order is not picked up within 10 days following the sending of the pick-up message, the order will be cancelled and a 10% preparation fee (maximum $25) will be charged.

Return and refund

Yes, returns can be made in person at our Boisbriand branch (1821 Lionel Bertrand Boulevard, Boisbriand, QC J7H 1N8). To proceed with the return and refund, Carrousel Express will require proof of initial payment.

However, only regular priced items, new, unused and in its original packaging intact can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

For orders of $100 or more (before taxes), a $20 return fee will apply for shipping and handling.

Returns can be made in person or by mail to our Boisbriand branch (1821 Lionel Bertrand Boulevard, Boisbriand, QC J7H 1N8), at the customer's expense. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that Carrousel only accepts returns of new, unused merchandise in its original packaging intact.

Carrousel Express customers have 3 months after the item has been shipped to return a defective item. Customers wishing to return a defective item must first contact Carrousel Express Customer Support at express@carrousel.ca. Customer service will contact you within 72 hours of your request.

If the return request is accepted, Carrousel Express will proceed with the exchange or refund at no charge. The customer will be reimbursed for the postal fees incurred for the shipping and return of the defective items.

Carrousel has up to 5 business days to inspect the returned items and issue a refund, if applicable.

Carrousel authorizes returns within 30 days of shipment of the merchandise, provided that the merchandise is new, unused and in its original packaging intact.
