Carrousel Express offers two options:

• Pickup at the Carrousel Produits sanitaires store
• Delivery

PICK-UP AT THE STORE

Orders can be picked up at our Carrousel Sanitary Products store in Boisbriand.

A message confirming that your order is ready for pick-up will be sent to you within 72 hours of your order being sent.

If the order is not picked up within 10 days of the pick-up message being sent, the order will be cancelled and you will be charged a 10% preparation fee (maximum $25).

DELIVERY

Orders under $149 are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of the order from our Boisbriand warehouse (1821 Lionel Bertrand Boulevard) by Purolator's standard parcel service, at the customer's expense.

Shipping for orders of $149 and over is FREE*, as Les Emballages Carrousel is responsible for shipping, up to a maximum of $50. If the shipping cost exceeds $50, the customer will be charged the difference. For example, if the delivery costs $76.25, the customer will be charged $26.25.

Les Emballages Carrousel reserves the right to use the delivery method that best suits the products selected and the customer's geographic location. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery method chosen, but will be similar to Canada Post delivery times.

Les Emballages Carrousel offers delivery in Quebec and Ontario only.

We kindly ask you to fill out the delivery form adequately and to mention all relevant and important information for a delivery at the right place. Some restrictions may apply.

*Deliveries in the Nord-du-Québec region are excluded from this delivery policy.
